私たちのホームページにようこそ！

この教会は日本人教会という名ですが、ほかの国の人たちもたくさん来てくれています。

JCFは2003年に、日本人を愛する方たちによって開拓されました。

クライストチャーチに続き、南島で2番目に大きな都市ダニーデンは、

ニュージーランド初のオタゴ大学がある学生都市です。

人口は約12、3万人で、そのうち20％はオタゴ大学の学生といえます。

私たちの教会にも、大学生たちがいます。そして日本からは高校留学、語学留学の学生たちが来ています。

JCFは、イエス様を中心に、あたたかい家族のような教会を目ざしています。

一人一人が愛され、なぐさめられ、励まされ、成長することのできる教会になったらいいなと思います。

この教会は、学校の違う日本人の高校生たちの出会いの場となったり、ニュージーランド育ちの大学生たちの日本語練習の場になったり、語学留学の方たちの英会話練習の場になっています。

地元から離れ、さびしい思いをしている方たちもぜひいらしてください。

This church is called the Japanese church, but many people from other countries come.

JCF was pioneered in 2003 by people who love Japanese people.

Following Christchurch, Dunedin, the second-largest city on the South Island,

It is the first student city in New Zealand where the University of Otago is located.

The population is about 120,000 or 30,000, of which 20% are students of the University of Otago.

There are college students in our church, too. And from Japan, students from high school and language studies are coming.

JCF aims at a warm family-like church, especially Jesus.

I hope that each and every one of us will be able to become a church that can be loved, comforted, encouraged, and grown.

This church is a meeting place for Japanese high school students from different schools, a place for Japanese language practice for New Zealand-raised university students, and a place for English conversation students to study English.

Those who are away from the local area and feel lonely are welcome.
